International Duties:
Orders may take up to 48 hours to process and ship. All North American orders are shipped with a tracking number. International orders are shipped using non trackable methods of shipping, therefore customers assume full risk. Orders may be cancelled at the discretion of Stomping Ground.

Returns & Exchanges:
Stomping Ground will accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 14 days of item delivery, as long as the return item has not been worn and is in the same condition it was when shipped out. Returns must be approved by Stomping Ground prior to shipping, no exceptions. When a return or exchange has been approved, a Return Authorization (RA) number will provided to the customer. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of all packages being shipped to Stomping Ground. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange. Orders may be picked up in-store at no charge. All costs related to return/exchange shipping are the customers responsibility. Any packages received outside of the 14 day time period may be declined any further action, and returned to the customer. No refunds.
International Duties:
Stomping Ground is not responsible for any additional shipping or duties fees on your order. Canadian Law requires Stomping Ground to provide accurate and legitimate shipping details. Stomping Ground will not mark packages as "gifts".
Lost or Damaged Items:
Stomping Ground are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Stomping Ground will provide your tracking number and shipping company information. Once this information has been provided to the customer, it is the customers responsibility to deal with the shipping company for a resolution. All items are purchased at the customers risk.
