At Stomping Ground we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In-store purchases we give 30 days for store credit or exchange. Online purchases have 14 days from delivery date to initiate the return process.
All returns will be processed for store credit or exchanged for other items.

We do not process refunds. 

SALE ITEMS: All sale items are final sale.


IN-STORE:
All items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days from the purchase date. All Items may be inspected as they must be unworn, unused and with the original tags/and or packaging. 
ONLINE:
Eligibility for Return
  • To be eligible for a return, the garment or item must be unused, unworn, and with all the original tags on it. 
  • Books, Underwear, Accessories, and Grooming are not eligible for return. 
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
  • All returns must be accepted and recognized by Stomping Ground with an authorization number before the process may be initiated. 

Return Process 

  • Please contact us at returns@stompingground.ca with your name, and original order number.
  • Indicate if you wish to exchange the item or return for store credit
  • We will try our utmost to respond within 48 hours to initiate the return process. 

Shipping & Handling

  • The customer is responsible for handling the shipping back to us. Once the item is received and condition verified we will handle shipping for the exchanged item and or store credit. 
  • Store credit from returned items does not expire and can be used at any point in the future through our online store
